Job fair.

Tonight this cute boy:
Got dressed in his nicest suit,
printed off some resumes,
ate in a hurry,
and nervously left the house to go to a career fair.
If we had a brief case, I'm sure that would have been in hand, only to look more professional! I had him do without his "nerd alert" glasses cuz I'm sure he'll impress those employers regardless.

I'm proud of him.

Reality.

See these girls. I love them.

Together we have been through:
break-ups,
engagements,
write ups,
7:00 AM classes,
failed tests,
weddings,
bad haircuts,
colors gone way wrong,
Vegas,
gossip,
meeting each others family, (every member!)
crafting,
eating,
hoping,
dreaming.

So you see we have been together through thick and thin. Sounds lame, I mean after all its only beauty school, but let me tell you what these girls are amazing, there's no way I would be who I am or even where I am without them. Crazy to think we have spent almost every day together since June 9, 2009, only a year but it feels like we've known each other for YEARS! The saddest part of this story is that, that is no longer a reality, most of them graduate this month. :( [BIG FROWNY FACE.] As for me, I still got a year, I don't know how I'll do it without them! Here's to staying best friends for the rest of our lives! :)

Bad Habit.

I can honestly say there wasn't really anything that surprised me when we got married. Everybody always says they find weird quirks or bad habits about their spouse that drive them crazy, I'm pretty sure I knew most everything. I dated the winter Austin, the summer Austin, the spring, the fall. During semesters, during breaks, camp-outs, late nights, etc.etc. Well my friends, there was one thing I missed. One BAD habit. I like to call it the "wet towel bed." Aust always takes his showers, goes to the bedroom and changes and without thinking twice about it, tosses his towel (WET TOWEL) onto the bed. Lucky for me his side of the bed is closest to the door therefore he is always the one sleeping on damp sheets due to his wet towel sitting there all day. So anyways yesterday to my utter dismay, I go to jump into bed only to find a damp towel on MY side of the bed! UUHHH. EEERRR. I was sooo not happy with him. that turkey didn't even realize it. Of course he thought this was hilarious. I'm the person who runs my arm through my sheets causing friction thus jumping into a decently warm bed. Needless to say I slept with an extra blanket last night. Don't get me wrong I simply love that boy more than anything, we will just be working on this in the future. :)

Sick.

Enough said. Okay but seriously, I HATE being sick. Yesterday was bad, today better but still:
no energy,
weak,
dizzy,
miserable.

Soooo... you guessed it, we've been to busy too blog. Oops! :] Life has seemed so incredibly busy lately. Aust wrote on my facebook something to the effect of "see ya in 14 hrs and we will have a brush the teeth party." Seriously that is no joke. It's so sad, we see each other for about 15 whole min. before we go to bed.. [correction: before I go to bed, he stays up late late and studies!] Ugh life. It's sad that we actually saw each other more while dating and living 20 min apart than living in the same house. I feel like all I do is work and I'm sure Aust feels like he only does school! Despite our busy schedules, we try to make some time for [FuN!] We bought yet another motorcycle he he yup folks that makes 2 for the count, 4 modes of transportation and only 2 drivers! Did I mention I LOVE Austin's sense of [adventure!] ;) I absolutely love going on rides, we'll be very sad when its no longer warm enough.
Austin's worst nightmare came true 2 weeks ago...

We got released as Sunday school teachers to become CTR 5 primary teachers. It'll be an adjustment. Austin spent the next week asking me what he did wrong to deserve that, he will need more adjustment time ha ha! We are excited though, our last 2 lessons haven't been too bad, we will see how the rest goes.

Needless to say life is great. We are busy but getting by, we are certainly looking forward to graduation in December! :} Thanks all for visiting! We hope you have a great day!

Summer Lovin.

Summer. We are sad you are leaving! We have had such a great summer, great yet very short due to Austs summer school schedule. None the less its been so fun! We've been on many fun adventures! I have been so terrible at taking pictures lately... once upon a time I had rechargeable batteries but I lost them so I've slacked! So heres to catching ya up on the fun stuff!

We went to Lake Powell with Aust's fam. The reason for no pictures of this trip is simply because we spent a whole day doing this:

being towed. We had a great first day there but the 2nd ended up being a 4 hr tow ride back to the marina going about 7 miles and hr. oh boy.. It was fun non the less! Luckily we have been able to catch up some more boat time with friends and Austin's family so that has been a ton of fun! Austin is doing amazing wakeboarding this year! (well he always does) but he is going bigger and better! Its always so fun to watch!





We Bought each other Lagoon passes for our birthdays so we have spent many a day there as well! Our Friends got passes and its always fun when they join us!



My Fam went to st. George.. We all had a lot of fun, we did many things and it was just fun to be with everybody! It was a house full but so fun!

We picked up this nice ride for a whooping $400! Its been fun, we finally got it registered, spiffed up and bought our cute helmets! I say cute cuz mine is pastel pink! :)

And.. as for the not so fun things, we've done plenty of house cleaning, lawn mowing, working, preparing sunday school lessons, etc etc etc! Life is great! We love being married and the journey its taken us on! :)
